The Linn-Benton Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind in partnership with Dial-A-Bus of Benton County will prepare and deliver packages of COVID-19 PPE made available by Benton County. This service is offered to Benton County residents who cannot drive to pick up their own. Currently available supplies include KN95 masks (2 per household member) and can optionally include face shields, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Please register below for this service and the items requested. We will fill requests as long as supplies are available to us. We will contact you to schedule the time for delivery. Fields with an asterisk are required.
